I purchased a 2014 Volkswagen from this dealer in August. I told them I would not make the purchase unless a full inspection was done in the vehicle . They slapped a sticker on it . Sure enough 1 month later I told them I would not make the purchase unless a full inspection was done in the vehicle . They slapped a sticker on it . Sure enough 1 month later the car was making horrible noises after driven 700 miles . I bring the car to Volkswagen Seacoast . They verified the car should not have been given a sticker as the rear brakes are rotted with rust and are pulsating and many more things. I called and told them it’s against the law to put a sticker on a vehicle that should have failed inspection. Now they want me to drive 40 miles so I can have it re inspected by Auto Fair only ( so they can say it would pass inspection) . The car is so unsafe to drive I asked them to tow the car and needed to fight for that . We now have a service bill of over 3,000 in order for this car to be on the road safely . Instead of saying you know what that sounds dangerous and we are responsible for our dealership to not have left the car leave the lot .. they fight me so I can sit here and worry about something they should have never sold in the first place . No trust at all and am completely overwhelmed by how they do not treat you like a human for a 10,000 car sale . Do not trust this place to give you a sticker on a used vehicle as they clearly do not care about a 16 year old’s safety . They would rather pull you through you through the ringer and make your life harder than it already is . Thanks for the free tow ???!!!! Unless this vehicle is taken back or fixed they get a -0 for customer care and safety! After calling the department of motor vehicles they may get their license pulled as I am clearly not the only customer with this complaint . More
