Decent buying experience. Negotiation was handled via email and the process was transparent in most respects. During the closing and delivery of the car there were no major surprises and no pushy attempts to sell addons. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. It was a little slow but it was the 2nd to last day of the month and they were clearly very busy.

Brought in my GV60 to get some things taken care of. Great service experience and very reasonable pricing.

They tried scamming me into a $170 oil change. Sent me an email asking to come in for a "complimentary maintenance" for my vehicle. I took time off work and brought my car in only for them to turn around and say the "complimentary maintenance is anything but. Not only was it not complimentary, but they also wanted to charge $170 for a simple oil change! Stay away from these AutoFair Hyundai at all costs.

The entire staff especially my sales representative Saurav Chetteri were very helpful and made the entire process seamless!
