We visited this dealership because the had the color combination that we wanted for our new car. Drove 90mins to get there and the salesmen showed us the vehicle and all the options. What was not wonderful, is after the sales demonstration being told that the price on the sticker and the price on the web was not the real price. There was a $5K "market adjustment" that they brought up at the end of all this. In the name of "transparency" (although transparency would have been to have it on the window sticker or the web site). Real bait and switch operation they have going there. Wasted almost 3 hours of our day. If they would have been upfront with the price, we would not have bothered. I think we may move away from getting a Hyundai and going with a different brand instead. More
I loved the fact I wasn't pressured into buying a car on my first visit into AutoFair Hyundai. It's been 10 years since I even thought about car shopping so it was important to me to feel comfortable and you know, I did.. I didn't want to turn and run out the door. I started out with Cameron who I'd totally recommend doing business with. He was away when the deal really got rolling (sorry about that Cameron hope you had a great time in Colorado). Shrey was my go to from that point on and I couldn't have been more pleased with the results. He kept me informed when the delivery date changed and I got a call right away when the car arrived. The day I picked up the car (August 1) He walked me through the features that I had no idea the car had. (Things sure have changed over the years). I told him a new phone was next on the list and he said to let him know when I got it and he would happily show me even more things that I can do. I look forward to that. Overall I love my Venue, while I was at AutoFair I was treated with respect by everyone I encountered and through the whole process I felt like I was the only one that mattered to Shrey. I felt like a queen at my service appointment today! I went in for a pre-paid oil change and tire rotation and I suggested I might need a cabin air filter replacement but was told I did not. I appreciated the honesty, friendliness and courtesy of my service advisor, Mark, very much. There was no attempt at all to upsell unneeded services—which also was wonderful! He even moved my car and backed it up right outside the door as I was ready to leave which was wonderful because I have a “bad” knee. Overall, it was a wonderful experience—couldn’t ask for better! More
