I recently bought a used certified preowned Hyundai from Autofair Hyundai. It had a cracked windshield that they said they would replace and they did just before I picked it up. At a little over a month lat Autofair Hyundai. It had a cracked windshield that they said they would replace and they did just before I picked it up. At a little over a month later the windshield started cracking again. Not good but its a certified preowned vehicle they should stand behind their vehicle and take care of the issue. Wrong! Called service to set up an appointment for it. They were busy so I couldn't get in to see them for 2 weeks. Finally there, sat in the waiting room, then they finally called me back just to tell me they can't do anything for me, I have to take the car to the auto glass subcontractor! Once at the auto glass company they agreed it didn't look like anything hit it but they did tell me there was only a 30 day warranty on the glass, which Autofair failed to mention. Since it was now almost 60 days the glass supplier wouldn't allow it, but if Autofair had sent me when I first called it was in the gray area and likely I could have got it covered. Also found out Autofair didn't tell me about other things like don't put the car on a lift or go through a mechanical car wash with the new windshield (which thankfully I didn't). So I felt they withheld important information and should be responsible for at least some of the cost. I tried to speak with the service manager and he communicated a couple times but mainly ignored me and brushed off my complaint. Then tried to talk to the general manager after making no progress over several weeks and just ended up speaking to a sub-manager. They "discussed" it and then told me they would do nothing. Not happy with Autofair Hyundai. Wasted my time, cost me money, and brushed me off. Recommend you take your business elsewhere. More
After almost losing a wheel on the highway due to lug nuts completely loose on wheel I was frightened and upset. Fortunately pulled over after loud noise in rear end and called for service. Very friendly people in the service department. I was in for my 12,000 mile service on a genesis G70. They were a little behind on Saturday morning, but let me know that and kept me informed.
