It is clear to me that there is nothing else the dealer is willing to do to help with the fact that I don’t have a means to get back and forth while you fix my car that you sold to me with a steering issue. After multiple conversations with Christina and an email sent to Adam with no response I feel like we have been going in circles! Same response Every time! If we had a loaner we would be happy to give you a loaner. At no point you have offered any other option. My warranty which I payed for only covers 4 days! How about maybe extending the rental at your expense? Seeing that you sold me the car with steering issues. 4 days? not explained when I purchased the warranty a little deceiving if you ask me. The adjuster is 2-3 days out and the part is 4 days out. Seems to me management is not up to par! Those situations should be taken into consideration! Instead you rely on the warranty that the consumer purchases with no regards to the possibility that the job could be beyond the 4 day rental. Disappointing. My apologies if this isn’t what you want to hear but it’s a frustrating situation and to see the dealer not trying to satisfy a customer who’s spent over $50,000 in the past year at your site is telling. Frustrated customer!
