Another stellar experience with the Service Department. The consistency of always being taken in at my scheduled time and always being met with a smile is amazing. Chelsea was our Service Advisor again and I will continue to request her each and every time. She is incredibly thorough and friendly at the same time. I never feel like I'm going to be overwhelmed with any unnecessary repair suggestions to my vehicle and that's so important. That being said, I have the utmost confidence in Chelsea and her team to let me know if there is a repair I should consider. They make me feel like they are treating my car as if it's their own. Took delivery of vehicle. 2 weeks later trade in still not paid off. And cannot seem to make an appointment for service. Dealership didn’t stand behind a used vehicle I had purchased from them when 4 days after I bought it (with only 48,000 miles on it) and having driven it less than 1,000 I had a fuel injector go to the purchased from them when 4 days after I bought it (with only 48,000 miles on it) and having driven it less than 1,000 I had a fuel injector go to the tune of $523.90. That came out of my pocket because o live 2 and 1/2 hours from their dealership and they expected me to drive the car to them to have the work done or pay to have it towed there. So either drive a car with a misfiring engine for two and half hours, pay an astronomical tow bill or an over $500 repair bill. All before the 20 day temp plate even expired! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, EVER! Also found out they fired my salesman right after he sold me my car. Which I was very concerned about. The gentleman went above and beyond for me as a customer. Maybe that’s why he got fired cause he didn’t fit in with the other crooks! More
