Clerks were professional, very helpful, however the dealership mislead customer about service requested and that a part needed for service needed to be ordered upfront. That’s not ok, BTW, the list price of the part available from dealership was three times the wholesale price available from auto parts store. That and the labor would for the dealer service was astronomical for the service. More

Service writer was very friendly and the actual service was performed more quickly than expected. Was even given a full vehicle inspection for free! Without promoting from me he even ran back and forth to the office for a couple of keys despite the frigid weather. The only downside was that after we returned to the showroom and he took my personal information, we were joined by one of his managers. That normally wouldn't be bad but his little speech appeared to be designed for presentation to a five year old child. More
