Clerks were professional, very helpful, however the dealership mislead customer about service requested and that a part needed for service needed to be ordered upfront. When arriving at the dealership customer was told the part was never ordered. That’s not ok, BTW, the list price of the part available from dealership was three times the wholesale price available from auto parts store. That and the labor would for the dealer service was astronomical for the service. More
