His approach to car sales is unlike any salesperson I have encountered and helps alleviate some of the stress of buying a car. He is kind, warm-hearted, jovial and is focused solely on the customer's satisfaction. Not only did he walk me through the whole process of buying the car, he also called my insurance agency and helped set me up with insurance before leaving so I could enjoy my new vehicle after leaving the lot thereby alleviating another stressor. Doug has now sold us two vehicles. He is honest, patient, and above all, truly caring. Not only did he spend over six hours with us, sorting out our options, but he continued to serve us by remaini patient, and above all, truly caring. Doug was sensitive to our difficult financial situation, to the extent that he put me in touch with his personal contacts to help in my job hunt. He negotiated a price that fit our budget and never pushed us toward something out of our price range. Doug is the ideal salesman, someone that was a pleasure to work with. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable. I got in contact with Doug after I had an awful experience over at the Honda dealership. Doug was the complete opposite of how they were over there. My husband and I were in New Hampshire on business from Rhode Island and we broke down on a Sunday. We looked online for the closest Hyundai dealer and found Autofair. We called figuring they would be clos Rhode Island and we broke down on a Sunday. We looked online for the closest Hyundai dealer and found Autofair. We called figuring they would be closed and Evan answered the phone in service and assisted us from there. He called roadside assistance for us, got us towed got our car in and figured out what happened. The alternator needed to be replaced due to an oil leak and unfortunately they had to order the part. Autofair put our part on an emergencey order, drove us to the New hampshire airport and assisted us getting a rental car so we could get to our hotel. Evan kept us updated throughout the whole process and got us back on the road by tuesday afternoon, this was no problem since we were in New Hampshire until tuesday anyhow. In 30 years of driving I have never dealt with such a courteous car dealer that actually has concern for their customers needs and time. Evan was professional, kind, polite and a role model of how anyone serving customers should treat people. Thank you so much Evan and Autofair Hyundai for helping us out when we were in need. We will be coming from out of state to purchase our next Hyundai from Autofair just because of how polite everyone is, We wish we could do our service with you. Unfortunately you're too far away.
