Admittedly I wasn't the easiest customer to work with due to my personal situation, but Doug really pulled through for me and got me something I really like for a really good price. We love our new Sonata. Adam was well informed and helped us to look at a variety of cars --- new and one used with very low mileage. I went to buy a new Hyundai Sonata. Doug was my salesman and from the very start I had faith and trust in him to find me the best deal. Unfortunately they could not find me a 2012 with the options I wanted and from the very start I had faith and trust in him to find me the best deal. Unfortunately they could not find me a 2012 with the options I wanted but did find me a 2011 which I love and saved me money as well. I was misquoted an interest rate and Doug fought for me to get payment I was promised. I would recommend Doug and Hyundai to any one interested in purchasing a new car. I have bought several new cars and this was the most stress free and pleasurable experiences I have had. Thank you Doug More

What a great experience! Not only was this the least "painful" visit I made to purchase a car, it was the best. Doug knows his vehicle line well and willing to share that knowledge. This was actually the first time we worked with Doug and all we can say is "what a terrific experience it was". When we explained our situation, Doug immediately understood and got us exactly what we neede all we can say is "what a terrific experience it was". I hate buying cars.most of the time you are greeted by some slimy salesperson with dollar signs in their eyes. We first met doug after I had been in an accident that totalled my car, and every other dealership told us there was no way we would be approved for anything. My husband or I went into autofair hyundai with me on the verge of tears, then we met doug. Doug promised me He would get us into something before we left, and he did. After that I decided I would never go see anyone else. Last week Doug called my husband and told us we should come down because he thought he might be able to get us a good deal. Sure enough, we left the lot today with a car that I wanted more than the first one we got. Doug is amazing and I would HIGHLY reccomend anyone who is looking for a car to go see him first and last he is the BEST and you will never find a car salesman who cares or works as hard as Doug!!! Thank you so much for everything you've done for us over the years Doug...you are AMAZING!! More
I didn't find the vehicle that I was looking for at this location, however, they were very eager to help me find a vehicle. The only negative that I would have to say is the amount of phone calls I received in the days following my visit. I must've received 10 phone calls in 2 days. Other than that I would recommend this location. More
Summary: I wouldn't walk on this lot ever again. Read on for why. I knew what kind of car I wanted: 2012 Elantra Limited w/tech package in indigo night. I called the lot, asked if they had any Limited on the lot, and the reply was yes, we have several. I drove 80 miles out of my way (I was coming from another dealership in Mass that decided to play games after I got there and was headed home. I live in Maine.) When we got there, we were told that Hyundai doesn't make them in indigo night and they didn't have any Elantra Limited with a tech package on the lot. Strike one. I understand some dealerships have to lie through their teeth to get people on the lot, and we found another) From there, I told the sales manager that I had tried other lots, had been getting games and wasn't going to play any. I had a check in my pocket, a trade in that I wanted at least$6k for (retail was running $12k for the condition it was in, I did my homework) and we sit down. After agreeing to a dealer trade we started talking numbers. Immediatly he starts writing things down that I am required to pay for. Pin striping, gold premium membership, maintenance program...one, I didn't want pin striping on my new car. After seeing it on another car, it looked xxxxxxxx. Two, I live almost an hour away and am about to transfer to another duty station. I tried a couple of times to interject that if this car was being brought in from another dealer, I didn't want any of this extra crap and he attempted to talk over me. Finally, already not happy with driving out of my way on a lie, being talked over, being forced to pay for something I didn't want, I walked out. On my trip home, I received a phone call from Somersworth Hyundai. Read my review of them on here. Let's just say, after dealing with Somersworth, I now have an indigo night (but they don't make those do they?) Elantra Limited with tech package and I paid a fair price and received a fair amount on my trade in. Would I ever consider walking on Autofair in Manchester again? Not a chance. More
