I recently purchased a new car from AutoFair Hyundai and dealt with Doug Johnson & Michael Daily... I went back to the dealership for a second purchase after having dealt originally with Michael Daily on m dealt with Doug Johnson & Michael Daily... Michael Daily wasn't available on a day in which I wanted to come in and look at the car in which I ended up buying... Michael ended up referring me to Doug who helped me out a great deal with the purchase of my new car... Doug was great to work with in providing a positive experience without any B.S... As many people know that there can that B.S perception that can be labeled on many car salesman these days... Doug was nothing but great and upfront throughout the whole sales process... My main goal was to lower my current monthly payment and get into a good reliable car... I can honestly say that I achieved both and I'm very happy to have worked with Doug getting me into my new car... I had a great experience when I bough my 2011 Hyundai Sonata from AutoFair Hyundai in Manchester. Doug was a pleasure to work with as well, was easy to talk to and made the process much less painful than I thought it would be. He got to know me first and find out what I was looking for, then we go down to what I could afford, what features I wanted and what they had that would best fit my preferences. Dough asked the right questions and was very realistic when planning out what kind of options I had and never tried to up sell me into something I didn't want or couldn't afford. Everything went so smoothly that I was leaving the parking lot a couple of hours later with my new car! I also have to give credit to Phil Dumais who handled all the paperwork with me, I was actually in a bit of a rush to make it to work and he helped get me through the paperwork quickly and easily. I cant thank the group over at AutoFair Hyundai enough for how they helped me. We bought a company car from Autofair and worked with Drew and Doug. When looking for the right car we found a Subaru that was a perfect fit, minus one thing, I didn't know how to drive a manual shift ca Drew and Doug. Doug said he would personally teach me how to drive the car if it was the one we decided to buy. Long story short, we bought the car and after about a month of going back and forth with Doug trying to schedule a time when we could go for an hour and have him teach me the basics of driving a manual, we finally met up.
