After a long day of car shopping, I stopped in to the Hyundai dealership and was immediately greeted by Doug. I let him know the very brief version of what I thought I wanted and what I currently drove a Hyundai dealership and was immediately greeted by Doug. He listened and then suggested the Sonata for me but I had come in thinking the Elantra was what I wanted to test drive. He listened to me and asked if I wanted to drive them both and I said sure. Within minuets he had both cars parked side by side ready for a test drive. In the end the Sonata was definitely the better car for me. We didn't waste any time on this visit, he had me test driving the car within 7 minuets of walking in the door and that's exactly what I was looking for. I thought his straightforward and easy going personality was refreshing compared to the people I had worked with at the other dealerships. More

Michael Daily wasn't available on a day in which I wanted to come in and look at the car in which I ended up buying... Michael ended up referring me to Doug who helped me out a great deal with the purchase of my new car... Doug was great to work with in providing a positive experience without any B.S... As many people know that there can that B.S perception that can be labeled on many car salesman these days... Doug was nothing but great and upfront throughout the whole sales process... Doug was a pleasure to work with as well, was easy to talk to and made the process much less painful than I thought it would be. He got to know me first and find out what I was looking for, then we go down to what I could afford, what features I wanted and what they had that would best fit my preferences. Dough asked the right questions and was very realistic when planning out what kind of options I had and never tried to up sell me into something I didn't want or couldn't afford. Everything went so smoothly that I was leaving the parking lot a couple of hours later with my new car! I also have to give credit to Phil Dumais who handled all the paperwork with me, I was actually in a bit of a rush to make it to work and he helped get me through the paperwork quickly and easily. I cant thank the group over at AutoFair Hyundai enough for how they helped me. We bought a company car from Autofair and worked with Drew and Doug. When looking for the right car we found a Subaru that was a perfect fit, minus one thing, I didn't know how to drive a manual shift ca Drew and Doug. Doug said he would personally teach me how to drive the car if it was the one we decided to buy. Long story short, we bought the car and after about a month of going back and forth with Doug trying to schedule a time when we could go for an hour and have him teach me the basics of driving a manual, we finally met up.
