Every time I went Mark tried to sell un-needed fuel injection cleanings at 189.95 with only 19,000 miles or any other upchargeable items. The last straw was when I went there for 30,000 mile service and he threw the pamphlet at me when I didn't want to do the $500 severe maintenance schedule service that he recommended. You might get a good price for a car but don't service it here. More

He gave us excellent service, answered our questions to the best of his knowledge and took us for a test drive. Although we did not plan to get a car that day, we ended up picking one up due to the great deal Tyler and the manager Nick was able to give to us. I normally do not like to go the dealership to purchase cars and normally only visit them for a test drive and then do everything else over email. In this case, Tyler was very helpful without being too pushy, gave us enough space and overall it was a very good experience for us. The process also was not painful and they managed to put a deal together with the necessary paperwork in about an hour. We were not ready to pick up the car that day and so we left after signing all of the necessary paperwork. I noticed the next day that the website description of the car said that it has Performance Summer Tires although we wanted all season tires. I messaged Tyler about this and he talked to the service and sales folk and took care of getting all-seasons on the car for no charge. We live 45 miles away and Tyler dropped off the car at our house today. That is great service and kudos to the whole team. Looking forward to working with them in the future. More
I turned in my lease to buy a used car and the whole process was great from start to finish. Tyler P. was unbelievably helpful in doing whatever it took to get me into the car I wanted. He treated me li process was great from start to finish. Tyler P. was unbelievably helpful in doing whatever it took to get me into the car I wanted. He treated me like a friend, not just a customer. Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and accommodating. The car was even delivered to me at 9:30 on a Sunday night. I wish i could've purchased a brand new car, but unfortunately, that just doesn't fit my budget right now. I was actually very surprised by how I was treated here. My experience was nothing short of top notch.... More
Unsafe & Dishonest Vehicle Repairs I've had my vehicle serviced there since brand new. Engine blows approximately 300 miles of my last oil change there. The oil was very dark and the oi I've had my vehicle serviced there since brand new. Engine blows approximately 300 miles of my last oil change there. The oil was very dark and the oil filter was never replaced during service. It took the service department over 4 months to get the vehicle back to me, which came back filthy, with dents, dings, and scuff marks everywhere. But the worst part is, there were bolts missing from on top of the engine, the brake lines were never secured which could have resulted in brake failure during operation, the air cleaner was left halfway on, which will lead to throttle body sensors going bad, there were dents on the undercarriage from improper use of car lifts/jacks, there were damaged brass bolts due to over-tightening and carelessness of the technician. Their ONLY solution was to have trust in them again and to bring the vehicle back after losing all trust in them. I am lucky to have found these issues before someone could have been badly hurt, including my grandchildren. I just feel bad for the grandmas out there and the people that are not mechanically inclined to see how poor of a service is being conducted here and could potentially hurt you, a loved one or an innocent person on the road. Friendliness doesn't always = Good, Honest, Quality Service! Be Aware People!!! More
Awful; Do not go here. Had an awful experience with this dealership. I've been to lots of dealerships, but this was simply the worst. Save yourself. Here's what happened to Had an awful experience with this dealership. I've been to lots of dealerships, but this was simply the worst. Save yourself. Here's what happened to me: I was looking for a Honda CR-V on CarGurus, when I noticed what seemed like a good deal on a 2018 Honda CR-V EXL with Nav. So to figure out what the dealer fees would be, I went on TrueCar and after inquiring I received a call from Jessica Richard. We spoke for a bit, I told her I was from NYC and it was a 4.5 hr drive to Manchester, NH; which I was willing to make if the price was negotiable and the fees were low. She told me she'll find out if the price was negotiable tomorrow morning by 9 am since it was late. Next morning, she never called so I decided to call myself. I spoke to Jessica and was told the dealership won't lose a deal over the price. So I told her everything seemed fine and I would be willing to make the drive today. We made an appointment for me to come by at 5 pm, till which they would hold the car for me since I was making the drive. A few hours had passed and I received a call from Matthew Critz, he introduced himself and said he would be the salesman to help me since Jessica wouldn't be here at 5pm. He would hold the car for me till I got there. I then left with my friend (since I can't drive two cars if I ended up purchasing it) and realized I might be a bit late due to traffic. So I rang Matthew up, but he didn't pick up; so I called Jessica instead. I asked whether the financing manager would still be there if I got there around 6, she said it was no problem, so I started driving. Half way through the drive I received a call-back from Matthew. I told him I was late and would be there around 6:15pm due to traffic and one short stop we made for food; he said it was fine and he's holding its for me. Finally, after the 4.5 hour drive I reached the dealership. As soon as I pulled in, I saw the car. It was parked on the corner and there were two people in it. It seemed to be a woman and a salesman about to take the car for a test drive. At this point, I'm furious because they were holding the car for me and are letting someone test drive it. So I walk in quickly, hoping to meet Matthew and figure out what's going on. I walk inside. At the door is Eric Martinez, he introduces himself and I tell him I'm here to see Matthew. After a minute he realizes I'm here for the CR-V which Matthew himself is taking on a test drive with another customer. At this point, I'm pissed and so is my friend. Eric sits us down at his desk and tells us how interested the woman is in buying the car already. She's apparently in love and has driven 2 hrs or so to buy the car as well. He suggests the only thing I could do is buy the car without seeing it and before she comes back from the test drive. I said no I'm not buying a used car without seeing it, like anyone with a brain would say. So he walks to his used car manager, Adam Donovan, to figure out what they're going to do. Eric stands there for 5-10 mins with Adam and a few other associates smiling and laughing. He comes back and says, the manager suggests we wait till the other woman and Matthew are back, then we can go on a test drive ourselves. When we get back the manager would decide what happens, it could possibly be an auction situation. I told him I'm not looking for an auction situation, the car simply won't be worth it for an auction. I should have first dips since I drove longer, my appointment was earlier, I was told the car was being held for me by both Jessica and Matthew. After all that I was just being told it was an awkward situation, one they've never been in and don't know what to do. After 30 mins... the two finally came back from the test drive. I saw the manager go directly to the woman while another salesman (who's name I don't know) approached Matthew and informed him of the situation. Matthew comes by with Eric and starts making excuses. He tries to tell me, by holding the car he actually meant holding the keys for me, and the dealership does not simply hold cars without deposits. I called him out on his excuses, after which he apologized, thinking that would do me any good. I wasn't given a test drive and the woman bought the car because I was given no options. Ended up with a whole day wasted (3 hrs at the dealership, 4.5 hr ride there, 4.5 hr ride back), money on tolls and gas, no car and an unhappy friend. If that wasn’t bad enough… Now on a daily I’m spammed by Hanna McNeil by phone and email due to my interest in the 2018 Honda CR-V; asking whether I can stop by for a test drive since they close at 9pm. Thanks Hanna for reminding me of the situation on a daily. More

We own THREE Hyundai vehicles, two of which were purchased from his dealership. When a problem arose with one of the vehicles purchased there, he referred us to Hyundai National. When they researched our issue and told us that the problem was HIS, he REFUSED to deal with it! We even contacted the assistant to the CEO of Autofair, because this manager refused to return our calls. This man is totally and completely impossible to deal with and does NOT stand by his PRODUCT!!! BUYER BEWARE!! More
