WOW Dealer more interested in just selling cars I was involved in a hit and run accident that totaled my car. so when I was begining to look for a new vehicle i was feeling very vunerable. I am 55 years old and had only owned 4 cars total since begining to drive at 16. i have always researched my cars, always bought used, always pay cash. So to have to buy a carbecause I had to, and not have alot of time for the research, after a tramatic event was an incredible amout to handle. I had spent 2 full days researching and walking through dealerships looking specifically for the Mazda CX-5 grand touring because the research was great. However i had no luck finding either a 2017 or 2018 CX-5 grand touring SUV that was neither black or white. on may 16th my husband noticed online that your dealership had one so I set up the test drive. when I walked into the dealer I was more than prepared to deal with the car-dealer "PREDITOR" but what I found was a young man by the name of Shrey who took his time and listened he really listened to what Ihad to say and was more interested in building a longterm relationship than just selling a car to me. as I walked through the buying process I found this to be true with everyone at this dealership. What a breath of fresh air not to have to be on the defensive during such a vunerable time. I comend everyone especially Shrey who has been in contact with me since the sale to make sure I was not only happy but that the vehicle had no surprises( Being that it was not a Hyundai) for me Thank you all of you I will tell more friends about you all than you know. THANK YOU! ( PS) I have a friend who rode in my car today who wants one. I will tell her all about you. More
my experience was excellent! tyler plante was an incredible sales associate to work with. he made sure everything was set and ready to go. he was very patient, he got me into a br tyler plante was an incredible sales associate to work with. he made sure everything was set and ready to go. he was very patient, he got me into a brand new car he knew i would enjoy and love. he isn’t just a person who sells you a car and forgets about you, he texts you and makes sure everything’s going good and he helps schedule appointment for oil changes and whatever else. he’s a very understanding in any situation, and he will do whatever he can to get you into the perfect car even if he needs to go out of his way! defineitly 100% recommend him! More

Scott was great! I was looking to get out of my current car and to lower my payment. I was interested in an SUV which Scott showed me a few of but with my negative equ I was looking to get out of my current car and to lower my payment. I was interested in an SUV which Scott showed me a few of but with my negative equity and credit, Scott and his sales manager Nick were willing to work with me and find me a car that had maximum rebates to help cancel out some of my negative equity. I ended up with an Elantra GT, which had MORE bells and whistles than my current car and was something I had never even considered. Nick was even able to get me set up into a lease to start but advise to come back in a year to buy out the lease and lower my payment even more. I appreciate Scott for coming in on his day off to work with me and Nick for working so hard to get me into something. Great experience! More

Service center was awesome. Things started out dicey as I had an issue with my car that started when it was cold out. I thought my battery had died due to the weather when I call Things started out dicey as I had an issue with my car that started when it was cold out. I thought my battery had died due to the weather when I called triple A I found out my engine had failed and would need to be replaced. I talked to Mark Gilespiee in service center who let me know what was going on with my car. The company had to order the engine and the time it would take to get it back. I received a call from Mark on Friday to let me know my car was done! A whole week ahead of schedule. I found the experience to be a great one. Thanks AutoFair Hyundai! More
