Overall a poor quality place to go Purchased my vehicle here a month ago.. Noticed that it was shaking when i first tested it. They said they would resurface rotors.. The shaking wasn't bad after that, but there was still something wrong.. Took it to a mechanic and found out the the alignment was way off, and rear tire treads were uneven. You would think that a dealership would automatically do things like make sure your tire is new and that you alignment is correct. Apparently not these guys. Make sure you check everything on the car to make sure it is in perfect condiction.. Most mechanic shops do a free check on the vehicle to make sure alignment, tires, etc are in good condition.. Sad that you even have to consider doing that but because of this place i think i will always do it no matter where i go now. Gus is who i dealt with..He is not very knowledgable about cars but he atleast is willing to try and look things up and work with you.. Other than that i felt like i was talking to a wall with every question i would ask.. The mechanic that works there would be the best person to ask, they do allow you to talk with him..Or at least that was the case when i was there. More

They will let you look at cars without the pressure like others car dealership we visited I was very surprise with that. Will definitely return. We never felt pressure to buy anything, and more importantly, we received friendly and helpful service throughout our whole time with Auto Experts. Steve answered every question honestly and ultimately helped us pick out the best car for our needs. Although purchasing a vehicle is known to be a long drawn out process; I didn't feel stressed out one bit. Gus and Adam made me feel comfortable and was very accommodating. I test drove at least three cars before I found the one I wanted. Nevertheless, they were more than happy to grab each car with a smile. When it was time to purchase the vehicle Will ** worked with me. He made the financing easy to understand and made the process pretty painless. He didn't pressure me into any additional services/ warranties but taught me the importance of the warranty and what it covers. Which was a great deal. It was such a pleasure working with this dealership. In fact, my boyfriend came back a few days later and traded his car in! We saw Gus again because of course he was AWESOME last time! Will ** did his financing and we experience the same level of professionalism that Will offered. I really can't say one bad thing about this dealership or their employees. Please don't even consider this dealership. They were nice when I was buying the car but when I started asking where my plate was they wanted nothing to do with me. I got the plate one day befo They were nice when I was buying the car but when I started asking where my plate was they wanted nothing to do with me. I got the plate one day before it expired and only because I was mad as xxxx and would not leave until I got it. They said they were going to get it to me, the car expired on a Sunday and it was a Saturday. As it was they had to go to the DMV to the plates. I've never been treated soooooo poorly. Then, I noticed 4 months later they were still advertising my car for sale on their site. I got a hold of the authorities who took care of the issue. And another thing, I've never seen so many good things said about one dealership on the internet. These people are so shady it wouldn't surprise me if they have someone writing these happy land reviews just to fool the internet shopper. I've written so many bad reviews about them and not a one of them makes it to where anyone can read them. I'd be surprised if this one does. More
