He let us use his computer to compare prices online but nobody had better prices, they truly have the best deal around the valley. We have our car for 3 weeks now and we love it. More

BEWARE OF OVERPRICED CARS! This group seems to sell to the public on pure emotion, not honesty. I came across a vehicle that would fit my needs, with minor body damage, interior damage, and other wear and tear items that comes with a used car. I immediately called my bank for financing. When I told the bank of the asking price, they informed me that these "Experts" were asking more than $2,500 over the Blue Book value. I then did more research using Edmunds, NADA, Auto Trader and other sites and I learned that even the highest retail value of this vehicle is still almost $1,000 under what they are asking. When I first talked to the salesman (Steve) he informed me that they always sell their vehicles for $2,500 lower than the retail price (which is obviously not the truth). I called later and talked to another salesman (not Steve) who said the same thing and, when I asked to speak with a manager, told me that there was no manager available and I could leave a message. I reiterated that I wanted to speak with the person in charge and they side stepped, again, saying that there was none available and that I could leave a message. I asked why they were asking more than the Blue Book value and they said that they did not go by Blue Book. I then asked them what method they used and he would not give me a straight answer. I mentioned the other sites and banks and he still would not answer my question with reason. When the salesman realized that he could not answer my questions, be began to use scare tactics like, "This car will be sold within the week," and "We have a man from Idaho coming to put a hold on it really soon." Honestly, I feel sorry for the guy from Idaho. More

He informed me everything about the cars I was looking into. Provided Carfax and informed me of results without asking. Offered great suggestions and was knowledgeable of his inventory. At the end he made my purchasing experience very enjoyable. The gran Finally was William in Finance department. He was very upfront and fair. Overall an amazing purchasing experience. More

Very Evasive We live in the midwest and found a vehicle of interest to us, so we called the dealership to ask some questions. After talking with Gus then Steve and having some basic questions answered we asked them to share the vehicle history report. They refused to share the report with us via email, or over the phone, rather we were told that if we came in to the dealership they would then share it. REALLY? I followed up a couple of different ways and no attempt of any kind was made to help with information regarding the vehicle. I guess we could just jump in the car and cover 1200 miles in a short period of time! Obviously the history of the car is not something they want to share. We would never consider doing business with such a shady operation. More

Their price is just great, they have all their vehicles at the lowest price possible; so you don't have to waste 3 hours trying to negotiate a good deal and hope you win the negotiation like the other dealers. They really gave us the best experience we ever had buying a used car. Will be back and we highly recommend this guys. More

They were offering for clean title vehicles, so I decided to go check them out in person. When I got there I was greeted by Adam with a very positive attitude and willing to help with everything a needed. All of their vehicles were super clean and still with factory warranty. I had a very pleasant experience with auto experts. They will be my first stop for my futures car purchases. More

Great service I have purchased 3 vehicles from Auto experts in the past 3 years (1 for me, 1 for my wife and 1 for my son that just turned 16) I'm a loyal customer I have purchased 3 vehicles from Auto experts in the past 3 years (1 for me, 1 for my wife and 1 for my son that just turned 16) I'm a loyal customer because of their customer service and the great deals they have, I always shop the internet before and I always end up buying with them. Never had any major problems with the vehicles we purchased from them. I saw them growing from 10 vehicles on their lot to 100 and I really believed that have to do with the service they provide and the prices they offer.
