Dishonest Don't get the stupid insurance they try to sell you. Is just another way for them to make money. Also, if you don't know much about cars, bring someone who does. They let you take it for a ride so make sure you (or someone) inspects the car thoroughly. We love our 2014 Toyota RAV4. I asked for the CarFax the day we got it and they said they'd give it to me. They never gave it to me so I had to purchase one. Turns out the car had an accident but was not declared totaled. The guys at the dealership never mentioned anything about it. So make sure you get it before buying, if they don't wanna give it to you then there's definitely a reason why. Fortunately the car hasn't given us a problem. Also, make sure they write the right current mileage of the car on the paper work. They wrote it for the advertised millage, which was about 2,500 miles less than the actual one. Sketchy guys. Don't trust them. We loved the car too much to turn back but we learned our lesson. Potential Bait and Switch I inquired about a vehicle on line (car gurus). Jay responded within a couple of hours via email. So far so good. However he indicated that the vehicle was already sold but invited me to view the rest of their inventory on their website. Interesting that the vehicle had been on the site for 237 days. When I responded thanking him for the information, I did indicate that they might want to pull sold vehicles off of the website once they are sold so it is not misconstrued to be a bait and switch. He responded that the car was not fully sold, only on hold, and that vehicles are only removed once they have been delivered. That may be true, but based on several other reviews, this seems to be a trend at Auto Experts of Utah. Be aware! More

Which goes as follows- I went in to inquire about a car- the leaf to be specific, once I found out that it only runs 75 miles on a full charge I decided to look at another car, I am a single mom and I sometimes like to drive long distances to take my kids camping or drive to California for the beach. So the lead just wasn't an option. The other situation that took forever after looking at this Nissan centra was I have NO credit. So Thiago said I could possibly get a $10,000 car if I put $3,000 down. At this point I had been at the dealership much longer then expected, my children were with my mother waiting in the car and I had to go to feed them dinner and put them to sleep. So my mom had been waiting for about half hour, Thiago had to get all of my information on my income and what not, which is why I felt completely taken advantage of. The Nissan centra wasn't a car that I REALLY wanted, and I had expressed that to him over and over again, also telling him that my mother and kids are waiting for me in the car, he was " trying" to hurry up to get the paper work filled out.. After the 30 minutes of telling him that I have to go, he told me to put $500 down on the car to HOLD it, because I said I would come back tomorrow to finish and possibly get the car but I had to go. I also told him I didn't want to put $500 down because I didn't even know if I actually wanted the car. He pressured me by saying well if you do not put $500 down the car can be gone tomorrow, I said " so what I might just look for a cheaper car elsewhere anyways, I really do not want to put $500 down" he then proceeded to tell me that he is going to finish the paper work and to just put $500 down and I can pick up the $500 tomorrow, that's it's JUST a hold on the car, nothing else ( remember I can only get the car with $3000 down since I have no credit) so I give him $500 as I say ( I really do not want to give you this, I have to go. He writes a recipt and I run out the door. A couple weeks later I make the time to come back to the dealership to get my money back, I found cars online for $1000 that I wanted to get instead of a $10,000 car that I had to make payments on. Only to find or Thiago is not there and "no one can help me " they get the recipt for the $500 and on it it says " non - refundable" not only that I feel like I am in twilight zone asking everyone who the owner is and not one but TWO employees tell me they have " no Idea" and that " they are new" ... So here I am walking around the business asking everyone what is going on and all I want is my money back, no contracts were signed, the money was for a hold and that I wanted it back. They said that they would have Thiago call me, which he never did, so I filed a complaint with the motor vehicle enforcement and the detective calls me back telling me Thiago is his friend and that Thiago told me it was non refundable. So this whole scam has left me confused and feeling completely taken advantage of- I am now taking it to small claims court and hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Very shady business More

Good people I had no intention of buying a car when I pulled up to Auto experts of utah. I was solely there to look. But Mo was so helpful and so easy going that I had no intention of buying a car when I pulled up to Auto experts of utah. I was solely there to look. But Mo was so helpful and so easy going that when I found the car I was actually looking for, at a great price, I didn't hesitate. It took me a while to find what I wanted, but Mo didn't lose patience with me through all my questions and all the cars I looked and test drive. He was also very helpful as it was my first time buying a car. In the finance department I had the pleasure of working with Deigo. He too was very patient and helpful. He was willing to answer any questions that I had, which put my mind at ease. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

He makes me feel comfortable and I am fortunate that I leave the lot with the car that I see on the web. The place is crowded with customers but I never feel being pressured to act fast because the salesman wants to make a deal. Jim is a real pro and his customer skills are exemplary. He is a 5 star salesman and I will not hesitate to recommend Jim to anyone who wants to have a great experience at Auto experts of Utah. I plan to come back in a couple of years to purchase a car for my son, hopefully Jim will be there. :) More
