The in house financing was great and a real pleasure. I was able to take the car to a mechanic for an inspection, once I got back I was out of there in under an hour. When ever I have purchased a car from a dealer in the past, I always feel l have been cheated. This was not the case with Auto Experts of Utah. We had done our research before going to purchase a car so we knew what we wanted. We test drove a few of the cars that we liked. There was never any pressure to purchase. They just gave us the keys. After we settled on a car there was never any pressure to purchase. Great place to purchase a car! More

Watch out for hinden fees. I bought an Altima from them last March. I was treated well while I was at the dealership. The paperwork took a long time. I asked if they would throw in an extra fob because the car only came with 1. They said they could get us a fob for 1/2 the price as the dealer would sell them to us for($150). Dealer's price without programming is about $160. They also told me I could take it to the dealer and they would only charge about $40 for the programming. Not true. The fob they sent didn't come with a key, so I couldn't attach it to my key chain (the key has the hook on it). When I took it to the dealer, they charge $100 for programming and I had to by the key for $15 to go in it. Then when after I had signed the papers, I paid an additional $2000 in taxes and fees on a $14,000 car. After looking up on consumer report or some government site that says how much you should be paying for in fees, I found out they way over charged me on that. Documentation fees normally should only be $25 to $50 no more than $100. They charged $499. Destination fee or relocation fee should already be in the price of a vehicle. They charged and additional $499. Just be careful and know your numbers before you buy. More
