The fees are $1,000 so make sure the car is at least $1,000 under market price. Make sure you get a carfax and have the car checked out by a good mechanic. Pay any deposits with your credit card so you can dispute the charge if they do not return it. Get your own financing and don't let them push you into their financing. They want to push you toward places that give them a larger kickback. Know what type of residual warranty is left on the vehicle, and make sure it is still intact with a dealership. They are in it to make money and that is okay. Just make sure you do your research and do not let them push you into something you don't want to do. It is a different type of car-buying experience, but not necessarily a bad one. It is more work than buying from a more traditional dealership. I feel like I got a good deal on a 2012 Hyundai Sonata, and I helped my sister buy a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. Both had clean titles; both were still under the manufacturers' warranty. We had both of them checked out by the local Hyundai dealership. I had a hard time getting back my $500 deposit so I simply disputed the charge and they agreed and relinquished the funds. They take a long time in the financing office. I think this is more a product of not having sufficient staff rather than something more untoward. My only regret is that I ordered a spare key through them rather than finding a cheaper way to do it. More

Terrible Experience I decided to visit the auto experts of Utah after deciding on getting a Nissan Leaf. This location had 3 that all seemed to be priced reasonably. I we I decided to visit the auto experts of Utah after deciding on getting a Nissan Leaf. This location had 3 that all seemed to be priced reasonably. I went in ready to a car, but terrible customer service and dishonest employees led me to go to another location that night in order to get my car. When I asked if I could test drive the leaf I was told that I could only drive it in the parking lot and later out on the street, but only if I was ready to buy the car. This was insulting because I already had a serious interest in the Nissan Leaf. Once I was allowed to take it out on the road I asked the salesman where the sd cards for the vehicle were. Without them you can't use the navigation system, listen to music or even control the heater properly in the vehicle. The salesman seemed to be unaware that the sd cards is what gave you access to those controls. He didn't even know that the car came with heat warmers in the rear seats, however he assured me that the sd cards were inside the office, and they kept them there for security reasons, and that once we returned back to the office he would grab them for me. Since the Leaf is an all electric car it needs to be plugged in to charge, and since there were only 6 miles left on the charge I asked if they would plug it in so that if I purchased the vehicle I could drive it home. For some reason I had to make this request several times to multiple employees before someone plugged the car in. I was then left in the lobby where I waited for an hour to receive assistance from someone who could actually sale me the car. I was then informed that the sd cards for the car weren't even at the office and that they were being mailed in to them and would take at least another week to arrive. They had the car at their office for multiple weeks already and hadn't received the sd cards yet. The salesman then tried using an sd card for another vehicle in the leaf to test it out which obviously didn't work. I then asked to see a carfax on the car and was denied. This was a first for me, and was told that a carfax would cost $500 to print out which is an obvious lie. I decided to still try and talk numbers for the car. They then tried to add an extra $500 fee onto the price listed under vehicle transportation. I was told the fee was because they had to ship the car in from California. Why should I have to pay a transportation fee? A $500 document fee and a $500 transportation fee would raise the price of the car by $1000. I was also told that if I wanted to buy the car that they wouldn't be willing to lower the price at all, and that I would have to drive it for at least a week without the sd cards, and that I would have to take their word that they were being shipped in, even though they had no evidence of it. They didn't even have the charger that belonged to that car. All in all I wasted close to 3 hours of my day dealing with incompetence, and going from ready to buy the car to driving down the street to another dealership where I got a better deal on the exact same vehicle. I will never be returning to this location. More

Of course, they don't tell you this until you talk to their "finance guy" who even told us we couldn't put down a certain amount on the car, that we had to finance more because "the system wouldn't let him". Don't go here, they must be paying for good reviews which is why they only have 5 star or 1 star reviews. More

I would be remissed if I didn't say the Customer Service was bar none!! My Sales professional was Adam. He was patient, knowledgeable and most of all professional. Just when I thought it could not get any better, I was introduced to Luis. They are a dynamic team! From walking onto the lot until the close of my deal I was satisfied. I had a "no haggle" car buying experience. William was my Finance Manager. He was detailed and took his time explaining all my financing options. I walked away with the car I wanted and a rewarding experience. I would definitely recommended Auto experts to anybody looking for a memorable experience! My hat goes off to their team of professionals! More

Like this place I found Auto experts of Utah online and was surprised by the great prices they have. At first I didn't believed I had to check for my self.
