Terrible experience They told me that the car was never been wrecked. They showed the CarFax to me to prove it. The also told me it had bumper to bumper warranty in the car, but when I took it to Honda, they voided my warranty because it had been wrecked. Later I took my car to a body shop and they showed me how it was supposed to be labeled a "Rebuilt Car" due to all of the damages in the frame. Do not buy it from them. They are not afraid to scam you! Now I have to spend over $1500 to fix the suspension and if I want to get my car body damages fix to make it safe for my family, I'll have to spend more or less $1800. Besides their $500 dealer fee + $500 for "delivery fee" that they only tell you when you sign the contract. I am very frustrated with this company. More

Best Car Buying Experience! After doing most of my shopping on line, I was ready to see a very specific range of cars. I was dreading going to a dealer in person. To my surprise, it was the simplest experience I have ever encountered when purchasing a car. I worked with the same person from beginning to end, and none of that behind the doors, back and forth stuff. We did the math, and the financing options right in front of me, and no games. No closer, no finance manager drama. Just easy and done! He walked me to the place where you sign all your docs, made sure the car was getting cleaned and ready, and no joke, in less than an hour I was driving away in my new car. It was the best car buying experience, ever! More

I was on a specific budget and the car that I was interested in was a little higher than what I wanted to spend. My salesman found a car that was very similar to my prior car which had been totaled in an accident. It was in my budget, had almost all of the features that were on my old car, and not too many miles.I had never thought I would buy a car from a car dealership but I would DEFINITELY use auto experts again. Great experience! I even did my financing with them and the interest rate was fantastic.! More

He even let me speak to William in financing to get competitive rates. I was so pleased I bought my car from them. William in finance was very helpful and accommodating. This is no ordinary dealership, it's EXTRAORDINARY! You need to experience it for yourself. My suggestion is to look for a car on line, make an appointment to visit Them, and go buy the car of your dreams, or needs, with a smile on your face!
