Helped me get my dream car! From the moment I entered the dealership, at no time did I feel pressured. I knew that I wanted an Audi, but was torn between the A4 and A5. When I sa From the moment I entered the dealership, at no time did I feel pressured. I knew that I wanted an Audi, but was torn between the A4 and A5. When I sat with Erol Fettahlioglu we initially spoke of an A4 in Tango Red that was in the show room and I put down a deposit anticipating to drive it off the lot, although not 100% positive. Later that evening, I discovered that the 2018 A5's would begin production later that same month. I returned to the dealership and Erol and the sales manager were very understanding and walked me through the process of ordering from the factory and as luck would have it, I was able to order the car in the color combination with options that I wanted. Approximately 90 days later, my car arrived and the delivery process, including the finance manager, was smooth and overall a very pleasant experience. Erol took time with me in getting to know some key features and while at first it can be overwhelming learning new technology, he explained in detail and offered some quick tips in addition to referring to the on-line owners manual for further in depth instruction. It was nothing less than what I would have expected from a premium brand. Thank you! More

My first experience was so positive that I decided to purchase another car (TTS) with Tooba. She is professional, knowledgeable and very friendly which made my experience an absolute pleasure. Tooba makes you feel like you are the only customer that matters at the time and devotes complete attention to every detail. In addition to providing all information to my questions, upon delivery she spends considerable time going over all the ins and outs of the car. At the end, she went inside and brought out a trunk netting that she gave to me which was above and beyond....but I guess, going "above and beyond" best characterizes Tooba Umar.
