He was very knowledgeable on there products. He treated us with respect, and seemed very happy that we found what we wanted. purchase audi ttrs i am responsible for purchasing and leasing cars for my company. as such i have had many experiences with automobile sales people and dealerships. i i am responsible for purchasing and leasing cars for my company. as such i have had many experiences with automobile sales people and dealerships. i went to audi of huntington to purchase a car for me. the ttrs has limited production. i met tooba umar and she showed me the car. she told me that there was already a deposit on the car and felt it was not a done deal. at her suggestion i also gave a deposit. the original purchaser backed out and the car was mine. she and the sales manager gave me a reduction on the price without me asking as a thank you for my patience and support. this is the first time i sat in an auto dealership with a smile on my face. the process of working with tooba was a pleasure. this is a person i would not hesitate on recommending. real honest, sincere and extremely knowledgeable. first class. Helped me get my dream car! From the moment I entered the dealership, at no time did I feel pressured. I knew that I wanted an Audi, but was torn between the A4 and A5. When I sa From the moment I entered the dealership, at no time did I feel pressured. I knew that I wanted an Audi, but was torn between the A4 and A5. When I sat with Erol Fettahlioglu we initially spoke of an A4 in Tango Red that was in the show room and I put down a deposit anticipating to drive it off the lot, although not 100% positive. Later that evening, I discovered that the 2018 A5's would begin production later that same month. I returned to the dealership and Erol and the sales manager were very understanding and walked me through the process of ordering from the factory and as luck would have it, I was able to order the car in the color combination with options that I wanted. Approximately 90 days later, my car arrived and the delivery process, including the finance manager, was smooth and overall a very pleasant experience. Erol took time with me in getting to know some key features and while at first it can be overwhelming learning new technology, he explained in detail and offered some quick tips in addition to referring to the on-line owners manual for further in depth instruction. It was nothing less than what I would have expected from a premium brand. Thank you! More

Tooba makes you feel like you are the only customer that matters at the time and devotes complete attention to every detail. In addition to providing all information to my questions, upon delivery she spends considerable time going over all the ins and outs of the car. At the end, she went inside and brought out a trunk netting that she gave to me which was above and beyond....but I guess, going "above and beyond" best characterizes Tooba Umar. I will buy more cars form her. More

I was approached by Alex, a salesperson if that's what you want to call him. I told him I was interested in the A7 even though I pointed at the RS7 in the show room, being that was the closest thing they had on the floor to the A7. He asked me if I knew the difference, I said yes I did my homework. Than he went on to play 101 questions with me, felt more like an interrogation and whether I was qualified or not to purchase an Audi. Stated he didn't want to waste his time or mine. After I gave him my resume and explained to him I own multiple cars and homes and I wasn't there to waste his time or mine, he Finally agreed that he would pull up an A7 for us to take a look at. When he walked away to get the keys my wife and I were thoroughly disgusted with his sales approach (If that's what you call it). I shouted out his name Across the floor and told him to forget about it and that he had a lousy attitude. He told me I had a lousy attitude despite the fact that I am the customer there to purchase a vehicle and I'm the one that was being interrogated. If this is this car dealers approach to selling vehicles I think management should rethink of their sales tactics. Just take a look at the reviews. I assure you I will not be purchasing an Audi anytime in the near future or ever. More
