I was approached by Alex, a salesperson if that's what you wan They should change the name of this dealer to Autti of Huntington, short for Attitude. I was approached by Alex, a salesperson if that's what you want to call him. I told him I was interested in the A7 even though I pointed at the RS7 in the show room, being that was the closest thing they had on the floor to the A7. He asked me if I knew the difference, I said yes I did my homework. Than he went on to play 101 questions with me, felt more like an interrogation and whether I was qualified or not to purchase an Audi. Stated he didn't want to waste his time or mine. After I gave him my resume and explained to him I own multiple cars and homes and I wasn't there to waste his time or mine, he Finally agreed that he would pull up an A7 for us to take a look at. When he walked away to get the keys my wife and I were thoroughly disgusted with his sales approach (If that's what you call it). I shouted out his name Across the floor and told him to forget about it and that he had a lousy attitude. He told me I had a lousy attitude despite the fact that I am the customer there to purchase a vehicle and I'm the one that was being interrogated. If this is this car dealers approach to selling vehicles I think management should rethink of their sales tactics. Just take a look at the reviews. I assure you I will not be purchasing an Audi anytime in the near future or ever. More

Amazing Place! I had an unfortunate accident were my car was considered a total loss and decided to give Audi a visit. Paying for their mistake! My friend and I financed an Audi. I co-signed for him. Told the sales person (Bruce) that I would be the registrant and the title should be under my f My friend and I financed an Audi. I co-signed for him. But after 30 days when I received the title, I was surprised to see it under my name and not my friends. Went back to the dealer to change their error. But little did we know, it was going to take a long time. This cars title was to be under my friends name so he can work with TLC. Now we are stuck with a bill of over $1600.00 because TLC only gave us 20 days to have title under my friends name, which should have been done from the beginning. After all, he's the owner of the car, not me. Any ways, we are still waiting for this change to be done before March 15th 2017. If it's not done, we lose out about $1600.00 from TLC and Insurance. To make a long story short, we spoke to a manager and he said nothing can be done. We must wait for DMV to change the mistake. More

Smooth.. One of the reasons I decided to change from a 6 series BMW and into an S5 was the cost; and also because of my salesperson Tooba. After experiencing One of the reasons I decided to change from a 6 series BMW and into an S5 was the cost; and also because of my salesperson Tooba. After experiencing a purchase by my husband of a Q7 a year prior with Tooba assisting us, I was thoroughly impressed. Everything from her knowledge of Audis to the generous trade in price for our Chevy Tahoe made me feel like we had a win-win transaction. So 1 year later I went back and specifically dealt with Tooba. She was accommodating as could be, took her time with test drives and explained the need to order to due production cut-off timing for the S5. Although I still had a few months to go on my BMW lease, she agreed Audi would hold my car until I was ready. I was grateful and impressed for the no pressure she presented me with. I hope Tooba is still with Audi Huntington when my lease expires in 3 years! And she always has a smile on her face! Thank You! More
