The thing that separates Adam from most car salespeople is his knowledge about the Audi cars and the fact that he listens, where most others do not. Nothing was left to happenstance. All aspects of a very complicated deal were addressed and Tooba went above and beyond. I have since referred three friends to Tooba and although I now live 1,000 miles away, I intend to continue doing so. I own a successful business and candidly, would hire Tooba in an instant should she ever want to change careers as I believe regardless of what or whom she represents, she will excel above others [although she is absolute a car enthusiast]. We also went for 3 test drives while trying to make up our minds in regards to which model to chose and again Rich took it all in stride and couldn't have made us feel any more comfortable. And the best part was that at no time did I ever get the usual "hard close" sales tactics from Rich, the General Manager Peter or the Business Manager Tom. They were all very easy to work with which was a refreshing change compared to some other dealers I have been to in the past. I have already recommended Rich to a neighbor who may be in the market for an Audi in the near future. More
