We also went for 3 test drives while trying to make up our minds in regards to which model to chose and again Rich took it all in stride and couldn't have made us feel any more comfortable. And the best part was that at no time did I ever get the usual "hard close" sales tactics from Rich, the General Manager Peter or the Business Manager Tom. They were all very easy to work with which was a refreshing change compared to some other dealers I have been to in the past. I have already recommended Rich to a neighbor who may be in the market for an Audi in the near future. More
