I expect it to be sold something I didn't want instead asked questions about my life my family and my goals for my vehicle and they helped guide me to the vehicle I ended up landing on. I did not need an Audi, so they did not try to sell me one. Instead they got to know me and helped me assess the kind of vehicle that was best for me at the different stages of my life. When I was 20 I bought a Toyota Celica, which I loved completely. Then at 22 I got married and they bought back my Celica and helped me find a more family oriented vehicle. (Yeah I got a Prius) It was in great Shape, and It saved me over 500 dollars a month on gas alone. I have only had good experiences with thw Sales team and managers. My favorite Dealership BY FAR. I will ALWAYS go back to Audi On Steven's Creek. More
