Contacted Alfredo Velazquez per recommendation from friends. We are interested in a new Q5 and arranged test drive. Alfredo was professional, courteous and answered all our questions before and after t friends. We are interested in a new Q5 and arranged test drive. Told us to take our time and we returned 30 minutes later - and he then showed us the various color combos in the lot that were available. No sales pressure just very open and honest with us. We left to test drive some of the competition but due to COVID related illness in the family we did not have a chance to follow up with Alfredo. He inspected the car before delivery and found a flaw that he wanted to rectify for me proactively. I was happy to postpone delivery a day or two to make sure everything was perfect. The A4 Prestige was in virtually perfect condition as promised. I let him know a key was missing (he ordered it immediately), the manual and wheel caps had not been delivered (he overnighted them.)
