Good sales process. But overwhelming busy on the weekend We came on a Saturday afternoon. Surprised at how many customers were checking out the cars and going for test drives. Because we spoke over the phone, some arrangements were made in advance and it was welcome. Cammile shuttled us to another lot to see the actual candidate car and conducted the test drive. Enjoyed spending time with her. Returned to sign the deal, and Cassandra had the right financials for us so it was quick and easy. The big bottleneck was waiting for finance. After waiting in lounge for 90 minutes we finally met with Rachel. Some relatively minor issues came up, yet we felt like getting blamed for the backup. We finished our work in about 20 minutes a bit soured from the experience. We returned Tuesday to pick up the car after PDI was finished. The handover process was enjoyable, and finishing the paperwork with Rachel was far more pleasant since the workload was back to normal. More
