Had exactly what I was looking for I came in to buy a 2011 Honda Fit. Rob had it ready and we went on a test drive. The car had been well taken care of by the prior owner and ran perfectly. Rob had the car fax showing the record was pristine. Everything went well until paperwork. The paperwork took one to 1.5 hours and I was late for work. This was with an already approved loan from my bank. Other then that the process went well and I love the car I bought! More

No service after the sale. I have been working with the internet sale managers Tenzin and Andrei over emails on purchasing the 2018 Q7. They were both responsive prior to the sa I have been working with the internet sale managers Tenzin and Andrei over emails on purchasing the 2018 Q7. They were both responsive prior to the sale and after some negotiations back and forth we agreed on the purchase price. One day prior to my arrival at the dealership to pick up the car, they asked me to send the list of three cars I wanted to look at based on priority 1 to 3 so they can prep the cars and have them ready. The next day, when I arrived, the cars were not on the lot at 11 am appointment. It took 2 hours for the car to be brought to the lot at about 1 pm. By the time, the car was delivered to us, it was 5 pm. Since we drove from 2 hours away, not have the car ready for test drive by the appointment time was not good. Second issue: It was late and I was in hurry to drive back home, when the car was delivered to me. In the next morning I noticed there was an imperfection, the rear right bumper and metal frame was not flushed. I contacted the dealer several time before getting a response. And the response was: "You can bring it into our store or your local dealership. I believe it should be covered under warranty.". This tells you that the dealer doesn't care about anything after the sale. I regretted I went to this dealer over $200 extra discount. More

Extremely Satisfied/highly recommend this dealer I've had some pretty bad experiences with car dealers since moving to CA. I would say my experience with the San Jose Audi dealer by far was the best I've had some pretty bad experiences with car dealers since moving to CA. I would say my experience with the San Jose Audi dealer by far was the best I've experienced! Alfredo Velazquez (sales) was fantastic and took time to help us with the purchase of a new Audi (wasn't planned actually) and went out of his way to enable a test drive which sealed the deal. Frank Garcia (manager) was fantastic as was Jon Cornelius who was very informative and Cassandra Crawford as she had the same car. Overall one of the best experiences I've had purchasing a new vehicle! More
