Hello Jose, I apologize for the Problem you had with the Service department. I did look into your repair for AWD malfunction. The software update was part of the process in correcting your drivetrain malfunction. We diagnose all vehicle concerns and certainly do not guess what is wrong. When we scanned your vehicle, the repair stated to start with the software update and then road test the vehicle to see if the same fault returns. When the fault did not return, we then contacted you to state the issue was corrected and your car was all set. I understand that you then had another drivetrain/awd malfunction pop up and this time the only way to repair your car is with a new Differential. I do understand this is a costly repair and I would like to offer you a 15% discount if you would consider returning. We do wish to keep you as one of our customers.
