Everyone was great and friendly. Staff was courteous and professional. Zoe guided us through the whole process and answered any questions we may have had. Shows no concern about issue with their customers. Only interested in their commission as I heard them discussing at the service desk. Had to go to Audi USA for help. I was promised a loaner and was told it had never been recorded. It messed up my whole day. I have 1 hours drive to get to Peabody and make several appointments while I’m there. Had to cancel 2 of them be recorded. It messed up my whole day. I have 1 hours drive to get to Peabody and make several appointments while I’m there. Had to cancel 2 of them because of Audi reneging on the promise. Not happy. My adviser was not at fault but it was your central schedulers fault. Adviser was trying to help.
