Needed a quick look at an issue one day, and they took the time to slip me in for a quick check. If you want a true depiction of how terrible the accountability for this dealership is, you should read this review. With the amount of issues that we have had with this dealership, I'm not even accountability for this dealership is, you should read this review. With the amount of issues that we have had with this dealership, I'm not even sure where to start. We purchased a used Volvo SUV as we needed a bigger car due to our newborn and animals. We should have known this wasn't going to be a good experience even based on the first attempt to test drive the car considering we were xxxxxx around. We live almost 2 hours from this dealership so it takes a bit of effort and a lot of time to come down, but they had the vehicle make and model at the price point we wanted. An appointment was made to see the car and take it for a test drive. My husband showed up and spoke with the sales rep who after acknowledging the appointment stated he would go grab the car. After about 45 minutes the sales rep came back saying he couldn't find the keys, then took about 20 more minutes to figure out that the car was "at the shop". My husband left and was then called saying the car was back after he had finally gotten home. We made an appointment for the next day to go down and see the car together but when we got there we were told that "They didn't know where the car was" the day prior. The rest of our experience with this dealership was exactly like these first 2 visits. We have since had to go back to the dealership 4 different times to get 2 issues fixed, were promised a loaner car twice and when we got there were told there wasn't one but they could "give us a ride", and in order to finally have the biggest issue fixed we had to reach out to the GM of the area to actually get anything taken care of. We made the final visit today where my husband sat for 5 hours to have 2 parts replaced when the book time, all inclusive, shouldn't have been anymore than 4 MAX per Volvo standard, which is also what we have been told they have been referencing for all issues since day 1. When he was finally checked out he was advised by the tech that the check engine light is on even though it it wasn't when it was driven in, or when the desk associate checked the car in and turned it on to check the miles. We requested for the code to be read on the car to get attitude back from the tech because "He was about to clock out" and it wasn't his problem because it was on when we brought it in. The desk associate had to check it for us. Hopefully all of the issues are fixed and we never have to go back to this dealership again because they are by far the worst car company we have ever dealt with. Don't get me wrong everyone was nice except for the tech, but the lack of even simply giving a xxxx or being able to tell 1 story and stick with it, was far worse than we could have ever expected. This place isn't worth your time, because we wasted all of ours for you. More
After leasing a BMW for over 30 years, I decided to test drive some other Luxury cars before my next lease. Not only did the Audi4 impress me enough to make the change, but Audi of Peabody was outstanding drive some other Luxury cars before my next lease. Not only did the Audi4 impress me enough to make the change, but Audi of Peabody was outstanding as well. This was in 2019. I went up to the receptionist and asked for a very knowledgeable, not pushy salesperson, explaining that I was a fussy customer who simply wanted to test drive an Audi 4 with no pressure! They introduced me to Maggie Paulino. She simply brought the vehicle out front and off we went for a test drive. She answered all my questions without any pressure. That was it! I decided I Loved the looks and drive of the Audi and we went inside to talk color and price. Maggie was a lucky find as well as the Audi. We worked together to get the best deal and I never regretted for a second changing over from BMW to Audi. The dealership is clean and friendly and highly professional. The Service Department is fabulous as well. Now, it’s 2022 and time to lease my next vehicle. You guessed it. Audi wins again! Only this time, I went to “my favorite dealership,” Audi of Peabody. I found Maggie Paulino by chance the 1st time, but this time, Maggie was by choice! Now, familiar dealership, my personal salesperson, and a beautiful new 2023 Audi! So thrilled. Thank you Audi of Peabody , thank you Maggie! and thank you Gale who did my registration and lease paperwork…also for 2nd time around. I guess you can tell a good dealership when the employees are the same, and they have repeat customers! More
