Recently bought a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership. The communication at this dealership was lacking both by phone and email - We were told the day of pick up to come in before lunch to sign papers a The communication at this dealership was lacking both by phone and email - We were told the day of pick up to come in before lunch to sign papers and the car would be ready right after lunch. I left my wife there after lunch and she had to wait for 6.5 hours for the car to be ready, and it was completely unnecessary. We also ended up leaving with a car that didn't have an inspection sticker on it and come back a few days later once we drove 100 miles. The salesman who dealt with her on the 2nd visit was fantastic and treated her like gold knowing how long she had waited there the prior week. I honestly can't pinpoint what went wrong in the process, but it was a complete waste of a full day and I would think twice about buying there again. More
