I never expected to actually enjoy the car buying experience. The team here is respectful and accommodating and go through a lot of effort to build a rapport with their clients. Great car, poor sales process. I purchased a car remotely that I found on Autotrader. The initial "internet salesperson" completely stopped responding after 3 days. After callin I purchased a car remotely that I found on Autotrader. The initial "internet salesperson" completely stopped responding after 3 days. After calling the dealership, I was assigned an "in house" salesperson. The response time between voice mails and texts ranged from 1 to 8 hours, and I initiated almost all of the contacts. It took 9 days to complete the purchase. The people I worked with were professional and polite, but the response time was unacceptable and made the process painful. After receiving the car via a delivery service, I was missing the registration paperwork. Guess what, it took 3 days to get that straightened out. Lastly, and to take-the-cake, I received a text message asking for feedback. I responded that I wanted to talk with someone about my experience and I NEVER received a response. So sad. More
Dealership is not organized or prepared. They did not have notes on the purpose of the appointment and the service was not able to be performed timely as a result. They did rectify the inconvenience by delivering my car to me; however, that could be avoided by simply having good notes on the purpose of the appointment and planning ahead. Responsiveness to actually make the appointment was ver poor as well. We left multiple messages for different people to get an appointment and no one ever called back. More
I recommend Palo Alto Audi's service department! It is a pleasure to have them maintain my car. They service it in the time they estimate, are willing to provide shuttle service and have a comfortab It is a pleasure to have them maintain my car. Really negative experience at Audi Palo Alto and will not be returning. First, the receptionist promised the car would be ready After a simple oil change by 1pm. The car was not ready until 4pm forcing m be returning. First, the receptionist promised the car would be ready After a simple oil change by 1pm. The car was not ready until 4pm forcing me to miss my work meeting. Second, the shuttle was very late and the car reeked of cigarettes. Last, they said they would wash and vacuum the car but didn’t do either. 0/10 and will not be returning. More
