I arrived for my SCHEDULED test drive of a 2018 Audi A3 listed at $34,895. Upon arrival the salesperson I was in contact with, Ofelia had an associate tell me the car was in the auto body shop having the listed at $34,895. Upon arrival the salesperson I was in contact with, Ofelia had an associate tell me the car was in the auto body shop having the bumper repaired(5:45pm) after the associate had already told me the car was not ready to be test driven as it was going through a safety inspection. The following day, the car was listed for $42,995. I called the dealership and spoke with Ofelia who told me she had learned about the repair after she called me and now already had someone who had placed a deposit on the car. So within a matter of less than two hours(last hour of closing and less than an hour after opening) the car is back from the shop and is sold, yet you still have the time to list the car online for over $8,000 more than your original asking price. Buy your Audi from somewhere else, NOT from these jokers! Extremely unprofessional and are here to screw you out of your money! More
