I received great service from Dave Wu. He made sure that all my concerns were fixed. He even advocated on my behalf to replace the brakes. He responds promptly to my texts. Parts are not stocked locally and must be shipped, however they do not use expedited shipping (next day) so it takes days or a week to receive. I think this an unnecessary inconvenience. I had my car serviced in November and straight away had a warning light issue with oil pressure. Amazingly this had happened before and was due to over filling of the oil. I brought it back to be fixed and then it happened again - and I had to bring it back a second time (yesterday 2/8/2023). And again I diagnosed the problem (overfill) and it seems this time it was fixed. The cost to me personally for poorly performed work had been 4-5 hours of my time as well as $150 for Uber fares - and no compensation offered - just that the Audi A3 Teton has a very sensitive sensor. ( The shuttle service to my home is outside their radius ) very frustrating More
Tried to raise price almost $1000 after a negotiated OTD deal. Forced me to purchase an optional aftermarket dent warranty and won't respond to me requests to cancel it.
