Good service here -- I had to do a couple recalls on my car they scheduled me for a week out. Unfortunately it seems loaner cars are a rare find so I had to arrange for transport to/from the dealership. Ho car they scheduled me for a week out. I recently purchased a new car from them- within a week flash "no airbags alerts" the car was less then 7 days old. Took my Audi Q7 in to fix a vent issue. Quan was super helpful. Got it fixed within a day. Also, the car was just outside of the warranty period.
