Arrived at dealership on time, was informed service would take 90 minutes with 20m of car wash. I worked and stayed at the service center assuming it would not take over 3hrs, based on previous experience. By the third hour, however, there was zero update on the service, or if there’s anything that needs to be discussed, or communication by the service rep on completion time. It wasn’t until I started walking around and staring at the service area was then I was told my car was in the wash and needed another 15-20minutes, I politely nodded, thanked, and waited. But after 30minutes I still did not get any text or notice so I figured they were finishing up and hung around the service area wanting to pay first. another 10m of waiting and finally the rep came in and asked me if I wanted a car wash cause that’ll take another 15-20m, I declined since it was almost four hours into the service, two more than informed, and I had to push out all my meetings and appointments a second time due to the delay. The final pay and print out literally took another 10m to complete. Quite surprised why did every process took so long. In conclusion, it would be fine if the rep had inform the total service cycle may take over four hours, I would have hopped onto the shuttle and return later or just cancel my work meetings the rest of the day. But to not update and communicate until almost double the informed service time is just unprofessional. And quick note, my car came out dirtier than when I dropped it off, way more hand prints and wiped marks. If the technician or dealer is overbooked, they should just not allow more customers to rsvp and provide another day for service. More
I had an awful experience with this dealership, and I can't believe it’s real. Audi is a great brand with friendly staff at first, but during the deal, they sneak in a bunch of unnecessary and expensive can't believe it’s real. Audi is a great brand with friendly staff at first, but during the deal, they sneak in a bunch of unnecessary and expensive options into your contract. We ended up with nearly $10K in extra packages and only discovered this after receiving the full packet of receipts and documents a week later. It's outrageous that they use such deceptive practices under the Audi brand. After that, they simply stop answering your calls. They don't even list an email address on their website to avoid complaints. The whole process is designed to make you feel comfortable and impressed initially, then hit you with surprises, costing you thousands you didn't plan to spend. After the deal is closed, their interest in you vanishes. An incredibly disappointing experience. More
SERVICE is Audi’s mantra, their goal is to provide their customers with gold standard service. I ran into a communication issue but I have to take credit for the interaction as I was in a bad mood. “Blips” customers with gold standard service. I ran into a communication issue but I have to take credit for the interaction as I was in a bad mood. “Blips” were corrected before I asked. I LOVE my Audi Q8 etron. Thanks Audi! More
The worst experience I ever had in car dealership! Disrespecting your client is on a different scale here. I stopped by on Monday to show my audi, they were interested to buy. I already had an off Disrespecting your client is on a different scale here. I stopped by on Monday to show my audi, they were interested to buy. I already had an offer from different dealer of 21.7, so Audi gave me the same - 21.7k, asked me to come back on Wed to complete all paperwork. So I come on Wed with scheduled appointment, and Moe tells me that the guy who offered 21.7 isn’t here and a new guy can only do 19k. That’s a big drop I thought, in just 2 days somehow my car lost 10% of its value. So Moe tells me that the original guy (Matt) will be here on Fri. I call them on Friday, Moe pick up the phone, ask me to call back in 30 min. After 30 min I call back, he doesn’t pick up. Tried 2-3 times after, he is simply ignoring my calls. I check our conversation in messages, Moe deleted all messages he sent and blocked me. I thought “well, that weird. What are they? 14 years old teenager, ghosting me? I wanted to hear at least some made up explanation, so I drove there again. Once I pulled into parking lot I saw Moe using inside, pretending to be busy =) And the explanation they give is this: You heard it wrong initially. We probably meant to say that retail value is 21.7, we meant that we buy your car for 19k. =) So by their logic I declined offers of 21.5 and 21.7 from other dealers to sell it to Audi for 19k. Such a xx dealership! I’m shocked that Audi is treating customers like that! I wasted 5 days for this, I declined 2 offers from private market, including a guy who was ready to buy it for 22k. This dealership doesn’t care about you! They don’t value your time! They don’t value you as a client! Matt and Moe are employees of a year for sure! Blocking your client, and avoiding contact! Bravo! Just pick a different Audi dealership! Stevens Creek is good. Audi San Francisco is good! More
