Problem of check engine light on was diagnosed first time. But was asked to come back second time because it was not on at the dealership. The shuttle service is only available within 10 miles. He gathered the data about this situation and presented it to 'corporate' which ended favorably for the owner. More
We had to get a new car yesterday due to my other car getting totaled. Was honestly dreading having to go through the process, but everyone at this location made it 100 times better. So incredibly patient and answered every single one of my questions. Bruce was the manager and he was equally as helpful and so pleasant to work with. Edmundo was our finance guy and was very thorough and helpful. I have been to two other Audi dealerships, and this one was, hands-down, my favorite. Very great staff, lots of options to choose from and they really made us feel welcome and comfortable. More
I had a very bad experience with Audi Palo Alto. My car got a check engine light, and it took over 4 days, numerous phone calls, and a trip to the dealership to get an update on the vehicle. Then, they tried to charge me more than what audiusa.com is selling the parts for. They did agree to match the price, but "forgot" about it when I went to pick up the car. Luckily for me, we communicated over text, so they ended up matching the price. They also did over 50 miles on my car, even though their mileage out claimed only 5 miles. Unfortunately, I noticed that after I left the dealership but several days later, I still haven't heard back from them. Needless to say, I'm not going back. More

Good service here -- I had to do a couple recalls on my car they scheduled me for a week out. Unfortunately it seems loaner cars are a rare find so I had to arrange for transport to/from the dealership. Ho car they scheduled me for a week out. Unfortunately it seems loaner cars are a rare find so I had to arrange for transport to/from the dealership. However the service itself only took about 5 hours and overall the experience was great! I recently purchased a new car from them- within a week flash "no airbags alerts" the car was less then 7 days old. I couldn't for the life of me get help form either the sales person or John Su and his te flash "no airbags alerts" the car was less then 7 days old.
