Easy to set up appointment. Knowledgeable advisor who gave good recommendations to purchase service contract vs one time service payment. Fast turnaround in one day gave good recommendations to purchase service contract vs one time service payment. Fast turnaround in one day More
David Liss was very helpful, and respectful. I used to go to Stevens creek and would end up arguing with them every time, everyone over there has an attitude. Candidates included models from Mazda, Honda, Toyota, etc. We also wanted some level of off-road capability. I didn't even consider an Audi until I started checking prices and found this Q5 attractively priced. Working with both the salesperson through the internet and then in person with her and the finance department was nice and easy. More

Doesn't seem like customer service is their thing I scheduled an appointment and requested a loaner so the dealer could checkout a check-engine-light on a new Audi. Arriving at the scheduled time, I f I scheduled an appointment and requested a loaner so the dealer could checkout a check-engine-light on a new Audi. Arriving at the scheduled time, I found that neither of these would be honored: no one would be able to look at the car that day, and they did not have any loaners available. Some of the service advisor's first words to me were "you know you're leaving your car here overnight, right?" Right, OBVIOUSLY - MY MISTAKE!!... I hope you can detect the sarcasm here... Now why would I schedule an appointment and go to the trouble of bringing the car in if that was so self evident? What's the point of an appointment anyway? When I questioned this, he first suggested he would check the recording of my call, because no one should have promised such things. He then hastily explained that appointments and loaner requests are made offsite - not by their staff, so they basically do not apply. He also said all the mechanics were on lunch, wouldn't be back until 1 PM, and get off work at 3 PM, so there was no way they would be able to diagnose the CEL that day. I'd love to have a job that gets off at 3 PM! I do not know if all or any of this is true or not. Was this just a rookie mistake? Maybe. But the service advisor didn't need to be such a dick. Thankfully while trying to figure out if I could make a narrow, 15-minute drop off window early the next morning (which I couldn't), someone returned a loaner vehicle, and I was able to take it. The problem ended up being a known glitch that was fixable by a software update, and I picked the car up the next afternoon. This was my first experience with getting service at an Audi dealer, and it wasn't a good one. But lesson learned: I grabbed business cards of the other service consultants and advisors, and will be calling one of them directly next time... or maybe I'll just take it to a different dealer, even though this one is closer to me.
