We checked out the car I was looking for and David explained everything with as much detail as I was looking for. He really knew the Audi product and his tips for getting familiar with such a fantastic car were very helpful. David wanted to make sure I was getting what I wanted and there was no sales pressure whatsoever. Once we agreed on price the lease documents were explained very clearly. I ended up buying a car from him and it was a great experience overall.
