Mr Collins, looking at other reviews, this seems to be your standard response, yet nothing seems to change. AS if these are just canned responses, or even GenAI generated. I suppose the Swicker group's bottom line is large enough not to need the service component. But looking at other reviews on Swicker owned dealerships, users should come to expect this level of service. By the way, good luck with the store management, apparently the service manager position is one that rotates often.
