Hello Tej, We are very sorry for your service experience with Audi Palo Alto, We have been waiting for a special order part steering wheel button for your new 2018 Audi Q7 and Sandy has been working with the factory to try and expedite the parts order. They are in short supply due to needing parts for the new vehicle line, but Sandy has escalated the request so we hope it will be available shortly. I know Sandy returned your vehicle yesterday with the first portion of the work done on the aerial wire and he will be in touch asap once we have the steering wheel button parts come in so we can finish the work for you. We also apologize for not having and Audi loaner available, We have been experiencing a big surge in work which has caused us to run short on Audi loaners on some days.We are trying to ensure we at least give customers a mobility option in those situations by paying for an Enterprise rental vehicle. We are sorry that was not an Audi, but Enterprise cannot guarantee us high line vehicles such as Audi. Apologies once again for the inconvenience and we will continue to try and expedite the final repair of your Audi. Sandy will be in touch. Thank you
