Hello Sean, We are sorry you had that experience with our sales team and we certainly do all we can to try and avoid situations where a vehicle is sold before another customer has a chance to make the purchase. Without a deposit, we can not always guarantee the vehicle will be available. I can only apologize that David did not make that clear and we have taken measures to remind our team the importance of being extremely clear on that policy. Your situation was an extreme example and as you an I discussed on the phone, we were very sorry for that. During that discussion I offered you a larger engine MY16 version of the same vehicle with a much higher original MSRP that had the same equipment you were looking for in the original vehicle Your were interested in and was in a color I believe you preferred, all at the same price you had originally been quoted. I also reiterated that we would be losing well over $1,500 on that vehicle as a goodwill gesture to try and make things right for you. I once again apologize for the initial experience. I remain happy to honor a significant discount on any listed price of a pre-owned vehicle in our inventory in an ongoing effort to offset your poor sales experience with us. Hello Andre, Firstly, I am sorry you did not have a great experience with our team. It was a very busy day and sometimes we have a situation where we have multiple people interested in the same vehicle. I debriefed with our team to understand what happened and it sounds like we had a miss-communication between our Customer Service team who checked you in at the dealership and our sales person, Andy. That resulted in the unfortunate timing of having another person already committing to purchase the vehicle by the time Andy did connect with you. These can be frustrating situations for customers, but, again, it can happen on a very busy day. In a situation like that, our clear policy is not to create a bidding situation between customers - the first customer to make a firm commitment is offered the vehicle. If you felt that there was some kind of bidding situation, I would like to apologize and, if there is another vehicle in our inventory you are interested in, I would be happy to work with our sales team to get you a great deal and take some extra off the asking price by way of an apology for what happened.
