Visit was for follow up new car orientation Javier was very knowledgeable and helpful explaining the questions I had noted during my first couple months of driving the new Q5. However the email stated a free wash with my visit and it took him a while to check on this and he then took the car to service dept. I waited over one hour and still no one brought the washed car back, so I finally walked out to the service dept and found my Q5 still sitting in the line and not yet washed. I stopped one of the guys there and told him what happened and he immediately took the car for the wash. I certainly hope in the future when I bring the car back in, the service will be completed in a much more timely manner, so my recommendation of the service center is still questionable. More

When I went to call and set my appointment, the lady told me the earliest appointment is over 1 month a way! Wow, for a simple oil change and routine 10,000 mile service? OK. I set the appointment. Since it was so long ago, I almost forgot the appointment. Yet, I got no reminder confirmation call for my appointment. So, I took it in with key drop the night before anyway. I expected my car to be done on the day of my appointment. Again, I got no call back. So, I called the service department to check on my car. At first, they couldn't find appointment, then they told me the wrong car, then I was told that they didn't have time to finish my car, I might get my car back the next day. I had to press and insist that I get my car back no later than the next day. Fortunately, I did get my car back early the next day. So, well, it might be just that kind of the day for them that day, but I wouldn't say I have the most comforting experience dealing with their service department With all the above said, I loved my A3 Etron!!!! It's a wonderful little car I truly enjoy every minute of it. More
