My Audi SQ5 experience Michael provided good service ( 5 star- no hard sales, offered a discount and communicated regularly on the status of my car) but the reasons Audi Pal Michael provided good service ( 5 star- no hard sales, offered a discount and communicated regularly on the status of my car) but the reasons Audi Palo Alto got 4 stars. 1) My brand new SQ5 had a dent in it when I got it and I need to take an extra trip to the dealer get it fixed and 2) it took 2 weeks to get the car and while Michael provided me regular updates, 2 weeks seems like a really long time when you have made your mind up on a car and when other dealers have it in stock. More

I called interested in a vehicle online and was told that there was urgency to come and pick up the car. Mind you where I live there is currently a blizzard warning in effect. Regardless I was always on time getting back to the sales rep, yet he would wait hours on end getting back to me. He kept telling me because it was the end of the month they couldn’t keep the car for me until after the first. Finally decided to go to a SoCal dealer where I found a great deal and they will hold the car for me for 3 weeks until I’m down there to pick it up. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this dealership. All they care about is sales and NOT service. More

In a nutshell, my Audi Q5 is affected by an intermitting noise coming from the sunroof, which is a well known problem and I wish I knew it before. They refuse to fix it in warranty unless I can replicate the noise with them in the car. It bugs me that even their sale person who sold me the car Michael Low has the same problem on his Audi, so he knows what I am talking about, but they are not willing to fix it for me. Also, the service people acted in a mean way. If I think that I gave them my business I feel pretty bad. Make yourself a favor and buy a good car at a good dealership Audi and Audi Palo Alto are not good, and if you will have problems with your car, you will see it yourself. More
