I had the pleasure of working with Paola and from beginning to end she was the definition of great client service. She was able to quickly assess what I was looking for and found me the perfect car in stock. Once I settled on purchasing it, working with the finance team was the best I've experienced in the many, many negotiations I've been a part of helping family and friends buy their own cars. More

First time they f^%~*+d up Everything sucked. Showed at 7:45a for a simple 10k service. Couldn’t get it done in one day. Communication around that was weak. Returned vehicle the Everything sucked. Showed at 7:45a for a simple 10k service. Couldn’t get it done in one day. Communication around that was weak. Returned vehicle the next day and couldn’t even get the cleaning of the vehicle right. Main service contact was impotent to make a difference. Service Manager was deeply apologetic, albeit on day 2 when my frustration was at the boiling point. This is my second Audi and I have never before had anything less than stellar service there previously. I’ll give them one more shot before bailing on them as my service provider, hoping that maybe Mercury was in retrograde or some such California rationale to cause the visit to go so awry... (Price is listed as excellent given my prepaid service set up) More

The first repair (emissions for TDI) was again outstanding. There were problems with the requested alignment afterwards that took far to long(2 days initially) and then the alignment was worse. I returned and it again took 2 days. On top of that a remote battery charger was left in my vehicle. There was the additional problem of not receiving any message or phone call from the service department. I had to do the calling to find out my car was still not ready. I will return for service again once more, but if the process is not 100% as before, I will have to look elsewhere for service on my vehicle. More
Wonderful service people! I bought my A8 and serviced it for years at Stevens Creek Audi and dreaded going there for service whenever my car needed work. I needed a windshield I bought my A8 and serviced it for years at Stevens Creek Audi and dreaded going there for service whenever my car needed work. I needed a windshield as mine had developed a crack and I called them and they couldn't take it in to get the windshield taken car of but they recommended a glass company to replace it. Long story short, the glass company that they recommended installed the wrong windshield as it did not work with the cruise control system of my Audi. I called Stevens Creek and they said there was nothing that they can do, I couldn't believe it! They were the ones that recommended this glass company to me and they did not take any responsibility! I called Audi Palo Alto and spoke with the manager Alfred and I have to say I was very impressed. Not only did he have nothing to do with my initial windshield recommendation but he went out of his way to call the glass company that Stevens Creek recommended and he coordinated getting the right windshield installed in my car. This type of service is what I call going above and beyond as not only did they not make any money from me but they fixed a total screw up from another dealership. Thank you Alfred and Audi Palo Alto, great job and you have a new customer in me. More
