Standard service Dropped my car off and was supposed to get it back same day. Had to wait until the next day. Luckily I has a loaner and had remembered to grab my garage door opener. This is actually the second time this happened and the first time it happened I didn’t have my garage door opener and the dealership was closed by the time I realized. You feel like you’re imposing since they are so busy they don’t even have a chance to service your car when you made an appointment 2 months before. In the future this makes me want to go to another luxury car brand that will at least make you feel more like it’s a luxury brand and you’re a valued customer. More

Mr. Michael Low was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable to answer our questions and help us to find the right car. We had to catch up on a lot of new technologies and he was very patient with us explaining each function on the vehicle. He was also easy to communicate with and gave us time to think this through. We went in on a Saturday morning with an appointment, left for lunch, and decided to return in the afternoon to get the new Audi. Just like that, I am now a proud Audi owner. More

worst experience I dropped my car off for a quick part fix that was suppose to take one hour. It took me almost 2 days later to get a hold of someone to find out what was going on with my car. I texted the auto text message service that I have used previously and no response. I called customer service almost every hour for 2 days and no answer. Finally decided to call the sales department as I knew someone would answer. I demanded someone to call me back and finally they did to inform me my part was never ordered!! This service was unacceptable for audi. The funny part of it all is they had NO problem calling me after to pay for my next service package. They were calling me almost two times a day. Funny how that works. I have been going to the Burlingame office and have had amazing experience but the PA office is soo much closer for me. Its a huge disappointment. More

Paul, the shop foreman listened carefully to my concerns and validated them. The repair was done in a timely manner and corrected the problem that has plagued the vehicle since purchase. Poor Quality of Mechanical service Scheduled service appointment in advance (6 weeks) and due to insufficient mechanic staff levels it took a week before the service work was completed Scheduled service appointment in advance (6 weeks) and due to insufficient mechanic staff levels it took a week before the service work was completed when it should have taken 1 day. Additionally not happy about having to pay for diagonistic on indicator lights that failed to detect tire pressure issue even though I have an extended warranty - the indicator lights are part of the overall car operating system and from my perspective likely a software issue with the car especially since the indicators come off and on periodically without clear source of issue. I also asked that all 4 tire pressures be checked and one day after the service I noticed the tires looked low and eveyone of them was under inflated by ~10lbs. I have had issues with prior service as well however have not written a review- in general the thoroughness and quality of work is spotty leading to multiple trips back to dealer to reset various software indicators such as "add blue" sensor - which takes considerable time and is very annoying since work was not finished correctly the first time.. Ordered the wrong part I had ordered a new key/remote and wanted to get that reprogrammed since I had lost my spare and wanted to play it safe. I got my original remote repr I had ordered a new key/remote and wanted to get that reprogrammed since I had lost my spare and wanted to play it safe. I got my original remote reprogrammed but when the new key/remote came in I went to get it reprogrammed as well. After waiting for an hour and a half I was told that it was the wrong part and that they would have to reorder it. I have no faith now that they will get it right the next time. More
