He deserves to be promoted. as a physician who has very little time on her hands, Mathew was able to get a loner car for me to be able to get back to work quickly enough while my car was being taken care of. He recognized and emergency situation with my tires which also got taken care off. Thank you Mathew for your help, service and dedication! More

Recall Audi Q5 and 25k warranty I arrived way before scheduled appt, traffic was light! Waited in line for service in my car which I thought was procedure in the past. I was the fi I arrived way before scheduled appt, traffic was light! Waited in line for service in my car which I thought was procedure in the past. I was the first one to arrive for 7:30 appt! Customers started arriving and two men sat by the bench near the office, I stayed in my car thinking the service personnel would take me first! I was actually 5 in line inside the check in area! So, got there too early but ended up waiting longer to check in! I questioned about this and asked what the procedure was to check my car in he said stay with your car and a guy will put a number on the dash window so the check in guys would know who came in first! Nobody place a number "1" on my window! So, I was thoroughly confused since 4 people got checked in before me! I guess nobody followed standard procedure! Also, when I arrived many people, saw me there waiting before other customers arrived! In the past I've felt there was better service than this time! More

I have called repeatedly no one ever seems to get back to me. Not sure how to replace these items. More

This was one of the better experiences I've had in general. It's unfortunate that in order to get an appoint schedule at this dealer you have to schedule at least 1 month in advance. They are always busy. So even scheduling my appointment 1 month ahead, I get an email notifying me that they have to do some kind of repaving in the garage and the next available appointment would be in a month. Pretty disappointing, but Sam Brown acknowledge how much of an inconvenience this was and tried to rectify it. Sam was professional and courteous. She probably had to deal with a few of these calls as the service area was shut down for several days. When my appointment day arrived, Addib Skandari was my service agent and breezed me through the checkin process. Informed me when he would contact me and how to reach him if I did not hear back. Outside of getting an ugly green loaner car for the day, everything was smooth from a service perspective. I did notice a pen mark on the leather seat that was not there before, but I can't be sure so no finger pointing. More

Audi recall gone bad After receiving a recall notice from Audi, we called and made an appointment to take our Q5 in. There was no appointment available for over a month, w After receiving a recall notice from Audi, we called and made an appointment to take our Q5 in. There was no appointment available for over a month, which is normal for Palo Alto Audi. When I took the car in on scheduled day, I was informed they didn’t have the necessary parts and I had to make another appointment for when it becomes available the following week. It was disappointing that no one bothered to contact us the day before to not go in, reschedule for another date, and don’t ask friends and neighbors to drive my kids to school for absolutely no reason. Very disappointing. More
Great service experience but careless So I went to Audi Palo Alto to do 20k miles service, When I got there the service advisor is really nice, I work with Matthew Rost, he listen carefull So I went to Audi Palo Alto to do 20k miles service, When I got there the service advisor is really nice, I work with Matthew Rost, he listen carefully about my complain and he suggest me what service to take and etc. However, probably because of the technicians, when I got home they forgot to close the oil cap and my engine light is flashing so the next day I went there and complain. Matthew Immediately take my car and it takes about 20 mins for them to fix it. Great experiences but, really need improvement. More
