I worked with Andy Tran, who was able to get me into the car I wanted and structured a deal that met my family's needs. He struck a great balance of following up without being too aggressive. On the finance side, we worked with Gino Maynetto, who made the paperwork portion of the process super quick an easy. So far, I'm loving my A3 e-tron and will visit Andy again for our next car. More

Poor customer service. I've brought my vehicle here many times before and overall had positive experiences. However, after my recent 45k service I won't be considering Audi I've brought my vehicle here many times before and overall had positive experiences. However, after my recent 45k service I won't be considering Audi of Palo Alto again even though I live nearby. 1. My car spent almost two weeks in service and eventually I ended up taking it elsewhere to finish up the service. 2. During the whole time I’ve been contacted only once with no further follow up on progress status. 3. I was told some of the parts needed replacement, but when I brought my vehicle elsewhere they didn’t find any issues in those areas. My biggest frustration about my most recent visit is the fact that 45k service was performed what looks like on the same day I dropped of my vehicle. But, because of poor communication I ended up waiting for “results” for almost two weeks because an employee ordered parts I never requested and parts that didn’t need replacement. Based on how communication was conducted I don’t even know if 45k service was completed properly. More
