They would not cover a part that broke under warranty An internal piece of the car had broken off during normal use prior to expiration of 4 year/50K mike warranty. While getting car serviced I asked them to fix it. They refused, calling it a decorative piece. Apparently the shop foreman makes these decisions and was backed up by the Service manager. It’s a small piece of plastic attached to a wood grain panel. They wanted me to pay $1,100 to get it fixed (I assume most of this is labor). I brought the vehicle to another local dealer and they are going to honor the warranty and get the piece fixed. They could not understand why Audi Palo Alto refused to do this. More

Wonderful service I called Audi because I had a service light on. They said I could bring my car in and they would try and fit me in. I told the gentleman at the counte I called Audi because I had a service light on. They said I could bring my car in and they would try and fit me in. I told the gentleman at the counter that we were heading to Tahoe that afternoon. They were wonderful and my car was finished within the your complete with a car wash. The waiting room is so relaxing and impressive. More
