The place did not use original glass and also left air bubbles behind the rear view mirror. I called Jesus and he said that Audi Pali Alto could replace the window and recalibrate the sensors all in the same appointment. They took care of it all in a very timely manner. Everyone there was polite and friendly and my car came back like new! More

Hard to schedule Service and service person were great. Only concern was that it took me over 3monsths to get an appt. the first attempt took me 5 weeks to find an av Service and service person were great. I had to cancel due to biz travel and it took me another 5weeks to find an opening. When I called in the employee explained that they had only a few mechanics because they were in the process of seeking the dealership and recommended me to service my car at another dealership. Since the other dealer locations are not convenient I had to wait until the Palo Alto had an opening. More

When I arrived, Sergio did not know how to proceed., however, to make a long story short, he went above and beyond to insure I was satisfied and that the work that needed to be done was covered under my Luxcare package and completed at no cost to me. THANK YOU, SERGIO. My ONLY complaint is that my car was not returned to me clean - I expected it to be washed after the service, especially after having my car over a weekend (dropped on Friday and returned on Monday). More
