Very frustrating experience I made an appointment because of a recall notice and was given a date six weeks out so they could ensure the parts would be there for the six hours I I made an appointment because of a recall notice and was given a date six weeks out so they could ensure the parts would be there for the six hours I was told it would take. Instead it took six days. The service rep however was terrific but the internal processes let him down. More

Worst experience purchasing a car I witnessed the finance manager and sales assistant arguing perfusly in front of me - very unprofessional. I felt uncomfortable and shouldn’t have gone through with the purchase. I did however as it was the car we were after - but I wish I hadn’t. I didn’t feel welcomed , and the after sale was very rushed. Leaving the dealership all I had was an emailed receipt - no additional car details and I also didn’t get the opportunity to properly check out the car. I’m picking it up next Saturday and I don’t even know the registration..if I had more time I would have raised this issue with management right away, but I had already been at the dealership for nearly 4 hours and was running late. It honestly felt like I had made an insignificant disposable good purchase - not a major luxury car purchase. I will not be recommending this dealership - and would like to speak directly with the manager. More
