Leak into cabin not solved I first brought a leak into my preowned certified Q5 to the service center’s attention in January. I brought the car in and Matt Rost my service advisor told me I should vacuum the car myself and they hd solved the problem but would order new drains to be sure. They held onto the car for 5 days and said it would be another 7-10 business days for the part to come in. I took it out in the rain and it was still leaking. Further I was not offered a loaner in the meantime. More
