Our technicians are highly trained individuals and Audi vehicles require very technical expertise when service is performed. Because of the technical expertise Audi requires, this does drive labor cost higher than different manufacturers. You also had your 55k maintenance performed which is considered a major service which consist of a thorough evaluation throughout your vehicle. We are continuously working to improve scheduling in our Service Department to shorten waiting periods for service. We have experienced a high volume of airbag recalls and unfortunately Audi only send us so many recall parts at a time, which leads to delays in some cases.
