Consequently, I waited 6 weeks for an appt to complete my scheduled 55k maintenance and a manufacturer’s recall item. The bill was $1700 and there was nothing wrong with my car, just standard checks, oil change, filters, and brake fluid replacement. They were very nice and I got a loaner vehicle for the 4 1/2 days it took to complete the 4 hrs of work. I will likely not come back because it is just too expensive. More

Over three weeks, & still waiting for parts I scheduled a service appointment 6 weeks in advance for a Takara airbag recall. The same service that took 45 minutes on my brother’s Volvo took 2 we I scheduled a service appointment 6 weeks in advance for a Takara airbag recall. The same service that took 45 minutes on my brother’s Volvo took 2 weeks (AFTER the six week wait for the appointment!) for my Audi while waiting for parts. When the airbag was replaced, other services were recommended. I agreed to some of the recommended service, and am still waiting for parts for THAT service. If not for a loaner car, I would be irate. I cannot rate quality of work, because I haven’t gotten my car back! Jesus in the service area has been very polite, but this dealership seems to have problems completing work in anything CLOSE to a timely manner. More

Excellent 2015 Audi A8 buying experience I had spent a few months searching for a 2015 Audi A8 with a particular set of parameters. I wanted a car with certain option packages, no more than a I had spent a few months searching for a 2015 Audi A8 with a particular set of parameters. I wanted a car with certain option packages, no more than an average of 12K mileage per year and Audi Certified Pre Owned was a bonus. I found everything I wanted at Audi of Palo Alto. Because I live out of state, I worked directly with Manny Alcaine remotely and he went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. His communication with me, whether via email or telephone, was always prompt, clear and transparent. When I asked for more information about the vehicle history, he provided it. When I asked him to inspect the car himself he not only took the time to call me as he did it, but he also sent detailed photographs of everything he found. When I made the decision to fly to the Bay Area to look at the car in person, Manny was waiting at the front dealership with the vehicle when I arrived. Because of his dedication to providing me all of the information I needed, the car was exactly what I expected it to be. After a test drive, we proceeded to work out the details of the sale, which I've typically found to be long and painful. Not with Manny. He was the only person I worked with and after doing the typical paperwork and quick approval for financing we were finished. It is this kind of dedication to customer service that would actually have me consider coming back to Audi of Palo Alto for my next Audi vehicle, even though I live out of state. Thanks Manny! More

I was considering a few different kinds of S models and I was given very useful information to consider, and most importantly, very attractive pricing, up-front. There was no pressure at all, and really no haggling involved as the best price was put on the table up-front. I was offered an attractive combination of incentives which was enough to move forward on a beautiful 2018 S6. More

I guess that most Audi buyers are professionals so taking time off work during the week is a bit inconvenient. Offering weekend hours would be a little easier for many people. More
