Poor experience. Not recommended. I came to Audi Palo Alto for a 115k check on an A3 2009. The engine light had just started blinking the day before (not the reason I came) but the car was running smoothly. When the check was completed, a couple of items were highlighted for repair (rear main seal...) which I decided not to pursue since it was more expensive than at a local shop. When I started the car, the engine was making a repetitive firing noise. They said the rear main seal may be the reason for the noise and they acknowledged it may have been moved during the initial check-up. They looked into it and it's now a bit better. But then the electronics (door, windows, trunk) stopped working. The wires in the door hatch had worn down and needed to be replaced. Again they acknowledged that this may have happened during the check-up. And I had to pay to replace that. All of this took over one month. Worst experience I've had in years. More

Excessive service for routine mainenance I requested the recommended 15K mile service for my Audi Q5. I was not told that Audi Palo Alto has a 15K mile level of recommended service that is d I requested the recommended 15K mile service for my Audi Q5. I was not told that Audi Palo Alto has a 15K mile level of recommended service that is different from, and far more expensive than, that recommended by the factory. Instead of the standard factory recommended service that should have cost several hundred dollars, I was charged over $1100 (for routine checks and service, nothing wrong was found during the service). I was also never offered Audi Care, which for around $900 would have covered the first four paid routine maintenance visits. While the folks there were nice and gracious, they performed unnecessary services that ran the bill way higher than it should be. I voiced my concerns to them after the visit (after I had researched why the cost was so high), but at that point, there was not much they could do. The service advisor was empathetic, and offered Audi Care for my next three visits (with a small discount), but I am essentially out the $1100 I paid for this visit. More
Best Service Ever! I had a great experience while purchasing a certified pre owned Audi A5 sportback. Andy helped me with a test drive of the vehicle and was very informative. It just took 2 days to close the deal. Both the days Andy stayed back after office hours to make a sale. Even when I had financed the car from some other bank and not the dealership, Gino who is the finance manager went out of the normal protocol to make sure that I can take the car home the very same day of sale. He also stayed back till 9:30 in the evening to finish the finances of car and made sure every thing goes smoothly. He did all the communication with bank on my behalf. It was really great dealing with this dealership. Big thumbs up for Andy and Gino. I would highly recommend going to Audi Palo Alto to get your new Audi. I have not seen such dedicated service from other car dealers! More

Excellent Experience After a great deal of research, I came in to Audi Palo Alto to buy a Q5 with specific options that would fit in with my price range. Luan Nguyen was terrific in finding just what I wanted within my price range from a dealer in Marin County. He had it delivered in three days, and kept me updated on its progress via text messages. After I filled out all the paperwork and handed over my check, Luan then spent a good chunk of time going over the many features of the car with me, and encouraged me several times to come in any time for further help with the tech stuff, which I plan to do. His personal knowledge of the tech features is quite impressive, and he is a patient teacher - great job, much appreciated! More
